In the Food Business module, students spend 20 weeks in 3 different project groups, working on 3 projects for a food company.
The requirements for the final deliverable and the assessment of the project are:
The project report (group work) containing a list of which student is responsible for which part or parts of the report. This report is the burden of proof for the competences researching, advising and the strategic marketing of products and services in the global agrifood market.
The final presentation of the project to the management of the food company and at the HAS Food Experience event. These presentations are the burden of proof for the competences advising and the strategical marketing of products and services in the global agrifood market. The product owner and a second examiner will, together assess if the end product meets the predetermined criteria during the Food Experience event.
A portfolio in which the students show how they are growing in their specialization.
