Every EU student who enrolls in one of the English-taught Bachelor pays the same tuition fee as a Dutch student.

Cost of tuition fee

The tuition fee for the academic year 2019-2020 is € 2.083,-.
The Dutch government is halving tuition fees for 1st year students in higher education. Those who meet all the conditions will pay €1,041,50 instead of €2,083 for the 1st year. Read more about the terms and conditions below.

Every non-EU student who enrolls in one of the English-taught Bachelor programmes of HAS University of Applied Sciences is awarded a grant of  €1.000,-. This grant has already been deducted from the tuition fee.
The tuition fee for the academic year 2019-2020 is  € 7.550,-.

Terms & Conditions for halving tuition fees for 1 year
 
Halving the 1st year tuition fee applies to all students who:
  • Started their first undergraduate study programme at a university of applied sciences or university funded by the Dutch government during or after the academic year 2018-2019
  • Is starting a bachelor degree or associate degree
  • Pays the regulatory tuition fees
This applies to full-time students, dual study students, part-time students, Open University students and university college students.
