Every EU student who enrolls in one of the English-taught bachelor programmes pays the same tuition fee as a Dutch student.

Cost of tuition fee

The tuition fees for EU students for the academic year 2021-2022 are € 1084,00. (This amount includes the one-off discount that the Dutch government makes available from the National Education Program (Dutch website).)

The tuition fees for non-EU students (excluding students Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, and Switzerland) for the academic year 2021-2022 are € 7,600.

Tuition fees halved

Terms & Conditions for reduced tuition fees for 1st year

You pay half of the tuition fee in your first year if you meet the following conditions:

  • Started their 1st undergraduate study programme at a university of applied sciences or university funded by the Dutch government during or after the academic year 2018-2019

  • Is starting a bachelor degree or associate degree

  • Pays the regulatory tuition fees

EU and EER students

Student loan
